The right candidate will be able to think quickly on their feet and easily adapt to changes within our rapidly growing company. You must have the ability to manage challenging situations, handle administrative tasks, excel with technology, and possess solid written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate effectively balances multiple priorities and works well independently.

Responsibilities and Duties:
•Receive incoming customer calls
•Schedule service technician to different customer jobs
•Schedule jobs in an efficient and effective order
•Use judgement to balance urgency of customer requests
•Collect Customer payments when applicable
•Meet personal and team goals and call handling quotas
•Call customers to schedule service appointments
•Inform customers about company deals and promotions where applicable
•Communicate with Service Technicians about schedule changes
•Work with team to create more effective processes where applicable
Qualifications:
•Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience (required)
•Basic understanding of plumbing and HVAC terminology (required)
•Technologically experienced (preferred)
•Proficient in MS Office Suite
•Experience receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers (preferred)
•Experience with scheduling
•Strong organizational skills
•Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
•Expert level written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to master new software programs quickly
•Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
•Easily adaptable to fast-growing work environment
