Position Details

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Status: Full-time

Rate: $17.00-$20.00/ hourly Amount of Travel Required: 0% Reports to: Building and Maintenance Technician Work Schedule: Maintains a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of industry – hours may be long and irregular.

Custodial Technician

The Custodial Technician is responsible for completing all cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned by the Building and Maintenance Technician.

Duties

- Clean and sanitize all office buildings, shop areas, employee break rooms, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and conference centers.

- Responsible for emptying shared and individual garbage cans daily.

- Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, or vacuum floors and staircases.

- Scrub, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities.

- Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.

- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors with appropriate cleansers.

- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies.

- Notify management regarding repairs or urgent property conditions.

- Other project as assigned by management.

Skills & Abilities

Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Experience: 1 - 3 years verifiable work experience, basic mechanical abilities to work in shop area and location as needed.

Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
