Job Description

To provide timely, courteous, and efficient scheduling and dispatching of service calls.

Job Requirements

- Hours of 8 am - 5 pm

- In-person work

- Able to demonstrate outstanding customer service.

- Capable of handling a large volume of calls with composure

- Ability to fully understand what is being communicated by clarifying with detailed questions.

- Attention to detail in data entry of work orders.

- Prior call center experience a plus.

- Ability to work closely with other dispatchers, CSRs, technicians, and managers.

- Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and dispatching software.

- Promotes teamwork and displays a positive attitude.

- Ability to organize your daily priorities.

- Willing and capable of handling additional work, or projects, as assigned.
