Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Crew Lead to oversee and manage daily solar installation operations. The Crew Lead will be responsible for supervising crew members, ensuring work is completed on time and according to safety and quality standards, and serving as a key point of communication between field staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of installation crew members on job sites

- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures

- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers as needed

- Oversee daily project tasks to ensure quality and efficiency

- Provide training, guidance, and support to crew members

- Maintain accurate project records and report progress to management

Qualifications:

- Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in construction, solar, or related field (preferred)

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Responsible, reliable, and able to manage time effectively

- Willingness to work outdoors and complete physically demanding tasks
