Lead Solar Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. As a Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial settings. Your expertise in high voltage systems, blueprint reading, and electrical schematics will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings

- Perform high voltage work, including wiring, connections, and troubleshooting

- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics

- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of electrical projects

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including those outlined in the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Skills:

- Proven experience as a Residential/Commercial Electrician or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of high voltage systems and electrical components

- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics

- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues

- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in the trade

- Ability to perform fixture installations accurately and efficiently

- Knowledge of roofing systems and the ability to work at heights when necessary

- Excellent understanding of electrical codes and regulations (NEC)

- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and project managers
