Lead Solar Installer – Residential

Hello,

Must have residential solar installation experience - Looking for a lead installer who can train a crew

- Roof layout

- Racking installation

- Panel Installation

- Roof wire management

We are an established Solar Company looking for 2 Installers to work in Mattoon, IL . Should have experience with Installing Panels, reading string maps, making MC4 connectors, and bending EMT pipe. (This exp will pay a higher rate)

We are also looking for labor who can work on the roof and lift 50 lbs regularly.

We are very busy and are looking to start someone soon

Hours 7-430 M-F - Hourly pay with OT after 40 Hrs

We are looking for someone with outstanding workmanship, work ethic, and attention to detail. We are currently looking for someone who has experience with installing solar, and working with conduit. We need someone who is punctual, we have a very busy schedule and need people to show up On Time!

Must have own transportation!!!!

Must be drug free

Must consent to a Background Check/Drug Test

Must have clean driving record

Must be willing to learn
