Solar installation crew

we are a solar installation company operating in 12 different states are are looking for a full time crew in Michigan. We area looking for a local install crew that has experience installing solar systems. We are looking for a team in the Michigan area that includes an electrician MUST BE LICENSED that will be able to install with their team as well. the whole crew gets paid $210/kw plus milage of 65 cents.
