Location: Houston, Texas - Corporate Offices - (REQUIRED – Monday – Friday - Full-time, in-office work schedule)

JOB SUMMARY The Legal and Regulatory Specialist will support the legal team with various legal and regulatory tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong research, organizational, and communication skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Required*: Bachelor’s degree Required:*2-5 years of prior work-related experience in a legal, regulatory, or compliance role Required:*2-5 years of prior work-related experience with legal terminology and regulatory frameworks Required:*Prior work-related experience filing in state and federal courts Required:*Must be experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Adobe, and general office software
