Corporate/Employment Associate Attorney

M&H, LLP is a boutique technology law firm with offices in Menlo Park, California and New York, New York that focuses on emerging growth companies, venture capital, growth capital investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, employment law, and IP transactions and counseling. We are seeking a corporate/employment associate with 2 or more years of relevant experience to join our team in the Menlo Park, California office.

The successful candidate has prior law firm experience and a primary interest in corporate law, with excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials. Candidates should have experience drafting substantive agreements and other documents involving entity formations, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other private investments (both equity and debt). Prior experience or interest in employment law is a plus. Candidates must have a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of California.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
