Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters, conduct research, and provide support to senior attorneys.
Duties
•
Conduct legal research on various topics including patent law, securities law, workers compensation law, estate planning, and tribal law regulations
•
Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence
•
Represent clients in court proceedings and litigate cases
•
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
•
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations within the legal field
•
Utilize tools such as Lexis-Nexis for legal research
Qualifications
•
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
•
J.D. degree, licensed in New Jersey and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
•
Minimum one year motion practice experience
•
Knowledge of New Jersey Mortgage Foreclosure Law
•
Excellent research and analytical skills
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Prior experience in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $112,843.00 - $120,564.00 per year
