Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Corporate Compliance and Ethics Coordinator to support our organization’s commitment to integrity and ethical conduct. This position plays a key role in supporting the Compliance and Ethics program with a focus on case management and internal investigations.
The Corporate Compliance and Ethics Coordinator will assist in investigating reported concerns, maintaining accurate documentation, data tracking and trends, and supporting compliance initiatives that promote a culture of accountability and transparency. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments including Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Operations.

Job Profile Summary
Performs activities related to the planning and implementation of compliance and ethics program, performs compliance and ethics research, data gathering and processing, guidance, training, investigation and monitoring for the Corporate Compliance and Ethics office.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities•Research, select and retrieve documents and information from various online and printed legal and non-legal sources for relevant materials relating to various areas of compliance and ethics
•Create, update, and present training materials. Maintain, coordinate and track training presentations including, but not limited to, antitrust, compliance, and ethics certifications acknowledgement
•Administer the ethics hotline. Manage, investigate process and prepare reports including but not limited to:
+ Conflict of interest determinations
+ Code of Business Conduct and Ethics violations
+ Violations of law
+ Violations of company policies and procedures
•Analyze and evaluate the compliance and ethics program procedures and processes by utilizing and monitoring metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program, provide feedback and recommend appropriate changes to new processes
•Compile, research, analyze and prepare confidential information including but not limited to:
+ Statistical reports
+ Budget reports
+ Management/Board of Director reports
+ Staffing and budgeting requirements
•Act as a liaison for the company with other compliance and ethics offices as well as with vendors that provide compliance and ethics training materials, programs and services
•Conduct information gathering efforts relating to Hart-Scott-Rodino filings, as well as antitrust information requests from federal or state antitrust enforcement authorities or congressional inquiries
•Maintain and oversee compliance and ethics information, complaints, and conflict of interest data in computer database(s). Work with IT department to improve database(s) and designing/implementation reporting features
•Provide guidance and information on activities that involve compliance within the organization
•Act as point person, working alongside Corporate Communications and I/T, in developing, implementing and maintaining ethics website on the company’s intranet
•Assist in updating company policies and forms as well as developing and implementing new procedures relating to compliance, ethics, antitrust, and conflicts of interest
•Develop and coordinate compliance and ethics surveys for employees
Education
•Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of formal education and/or the following job-related experience
Work Experience
•Experience in the use and function of office equipment, including computers, applicable software, including PowerPoint and audio and visual equipment
•Experience and ability to develop and present information and presentations
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
•Knowledge of: legal and oil and gas industry terminology
•Knowledge of: social media
•Ability to: interview, advise, persuade and communicate effectively
•Ability to: read and interpret applicable governmental/regulatory reports and administrative regulations, company policies and procedures, industry publications, legal opinions and journals and correspondence
•Ability to: manage projects
•Ability to: research, analyze, compile and prepare investigative reports, correspondence and other confidential information
•Ability to: gather, sort, index and present large quantities of information
•Ability to: communicate with senior management on sensitive corporate matters
•Ability to: communicate and/or exchange written and verbal information and instructions
Licenses and Certifications
•Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
•Paralegal certification preferred

$72,000.00 - $108,000.00
