As a Coordinator, Corporate Social Responsibility, you will be responsible for a variety of functions related to community investment, diversity and inclusion, and health and wellness initiatives as part of our company’s overall corporate social responsibility mandate. Your goal will be to liaise with community partners, coordinate and execute community programming and campaigns (with smaller scope and impact), administer the tools required to track and implement granting and employee giving, and track budgets and administration. Your success will be seen in your professional skillset to effectively and efficiently support our Advocacy & Sustainability Team’s goals and priorities.

- Develop and execute recommendations to leverage our community partnerships and employee giving programs to deliver results for our company, including brand and reputational priorities, as well as employee attraction and retention
- Support various campaigns and programs associated with our community partnerships, diversity and inclusion priorities, and employees' health and wellness priorities, including coordinating creative deliverables and logistics
- Coordinate our Donation & Sponsorship Review Committee and granting process, with responsibility to ensure all requests are received, tracked, responded to and payment is executed (where applicable)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary to support company's brand and reputation priorities
- Maintain community investment budget and tracking tools, and produces reports as required
- Assist with other communications and relationship building tasks as necessary
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner and liaise with external partners
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with others in a cooperative manner, to accomplish work and participate in team efforts
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours
- Demonstrated communications skills, including written and verbal, considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- University degree or advanced diploma in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3-5 years of progressive and relevant work experience in Public Relations, Communications or related field
