Controls Quality Technical Leader

Job Description Summary

The Controls Quality team is seeking a Technical Leader to guide and lead efforts in controls RCAs, field issues, PAC cases, testing, and integrating lessons learned into the design process. The role involves coordinating root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, optimizing processes for efficiency, and fostering innovation in quality improvements. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate technical data, mentor team members, and drive quality enhancements.

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Lead turbine controls RCA through the 8D cycle from start to finish + Analyze and resolve complex control issues in turbine fleets + Implement containment measures and corrective actions + Manage defects and change requests

The base pay range for this position is $11,200 - 148,300 - 185,400 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses or other financial incentives, such as a performance variable incentive compensation. This posting is expected to close on April 20, 2025.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.*
