Position Summary:

As a Quality Control Manager, you’ll meet with customers post-sale to oversee installation quality, provide final consultations, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services and products. You will play a critical role in both customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Unlike traditional sales reps, this position requires a stronger background in home improvements to ensure expert-level consultation and quality assurance.

What You'll Do:

•

Perform in-home quality control visits and final consultations post-installation

•

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide expert guidance on additional home improvement opportunities

•

Present and upsell compatible products and services to existing clients. Collaborate with installers and project managers to address any final punch list items

•

Maintain accurate records of site visits, customer feedback, and upsell opportunities

Compensation:

Pay Range: $75,000 - $150,000+ per year

Qualifications:

Background in home improvement, remodeling, or construction required

Sales experience required
