IFE NDT / Integrity Solutions is a leader in non-destructive testing services for the oil and gas industry. We operate in the Permian Basin, Midcon, and Colorado, supporting critical service work for drilling, completions, production, and pipelines. As we grow, we are looking for a Financial Manager with strong leadership and technical financial skills to help manage and streamline our accounting and financial strategy.

Position Summary:

The Controller / Director of Finance will play a key leadership role overseeing the company’s financial operations. This role is responsible for managing key accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and multi-state compliance. This is a hands-on role with responsibilities similar to that of a CFO in a growing company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts, including prepaid, fixed assets, and accruals.

- Reconcile bank accounts and loans to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies resolved.

- File sales and use tax reports in multiple states in a timely and accurate manner.

- Prepare and maintain annual and rolling budgets; monitor actual vs. budget and provide variance analysis.

- Manage daily and weekly cash flow planning and forecasting.

- Post journal entries including payroll, benefits, and adjusting entries as needed.

- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements to be provided to external CPA for tax filing.

- Coordinate with external CPAs or auditors for financial reporting, tax prep, and compliance matters.

- Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

- 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or management role

- Proficient with QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools

- Experience filing multi-state sales tax

- Strong understanding of GAAP

- Oilfield services or industrial experience a plus

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
