- Provide strategic financial analysis to global and regional leaders.

- Lead budgeting and forecasting across orders, revenue, and EBIT.

- Support project execution with cost reporting and risk mitigation.

- Ensure accuracy of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

- Drive reporting cycles across weekly, monthly, and quarterly timelines.

- Manage headcount reconciliation and commission accounting.

- Collaborate across functions in a global matrixed environment.

- Deliver insights that influence business productivity and effectiveness.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from a four-year college or university preferred

- 6–10 years of related finance experience.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial statements.

- Experience in global, matrixed organizations preferred.

- 2 years of management experience preferred

- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and BI tools.

- Preferred knowledge of Software industry and revenue recognition

- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
