We are seeking a skilled employee for our Control Center position. The position is full-time and offers competitive wages and benefit plans upon completion of the introductory period. Summary: The Control Center position is responsible for assisting the flow of communication between departments that produce panels, posts, and other parts that are to be filled for customers. This position also performs order process tracking, including checks and balances for accuracy, C.O.D. compliance, and other functions.
Essential Responsibilities will include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
· Establishes a prioritized production schedule that is based on customer needs, efficient production considerations, and commitments made by the sales team. Posting daily updates to the Will Call Job Board.
· Audits B.O.M. to Manufacturing Process Control Sheet to ensure details are consistent.
· Distributes B.O.M., packing list records, and Manufacturing Process Control Sheets to each work station, logging information in accordance with Company best practices.
· Collects all B.O.M., Manufacturing Process Control Sheets and Packing Lists while auditing them for completeness, accuracy in billing and customer orders while communicating errors in documentation to supervisor.
· Provides excellent customer service, including professional email and phone correspondence within a manufacturing environment.
· Must be dependable and reliable and be at work on time each day.
· Maintains a positive, professional manner in all interactions with customers, fellow workers and management.
