Teine has an immediate opening for two full‐time Contract Operator’s in the Carrot Creek area, reporting to the area Foreman.

Responsibilities:

- Safe and efficient operation of facilities and wells.

- Identify hazards, complete reporting and corrective actions as required.

- Effectively manage the daily operation of wells, pumpjacks, compression and gas lift equipment.

- Complete routine maintenance on equipment as required.

- Provide creative and effective problem solving of issues that arise in the operation.

- Contribute to successful daily execution of the business plan by identifying opportunities to maximize production, minimize operating costs and reduce/eliminate downtime.

- Ensure all work areas are kept clean to meet/exceed company standards.

- Issue safe work permits, ensure vendors are complying with company standards.

- Ability to work 8 days on, 6 days Off (10 Hrs/Day) shift. Must be available to respond after regular work hours when on shift.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Contract position.

- Minimum 2 Years of Operating experience.

- Experience with high-volume, high-pressure wells would be considered an asset.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.

- Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and provide clean driver’s abstract.

- Company must be incorporated.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as able to work with minimal supervision.

- Valid H2S, First aid/CPR tickets.
