We take pride in our expertise, integrity, and customer service, and we’re looking for proactive Content Coordinator for our Jacksonville, FL branch to help execute our content strategy and bring our brand story to life.

Position Overview

The Content Coordinator will support the Content Manager by executing content creation and distribution across digital and traditional platforms. This role focuses on day-to-day content development, ensuring brand consistency, and showcasing the activities, projects, and expertise of each local branch. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator with strong writing skills, a creative eye, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in implementing the company-wide content strategy under the direction of the Content Manager.

- Create and edit engaging content for the website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

- Capture and edit branch-specific photography and short-form videos to highlight projects, equipment, and team activities.

- Draft copy for marketing collateral, case studies, press releases, and internal communications.

- Maintain the local content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publishing.

- Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership teams to gather stories, testimonials, and technical information.

- Monitor social and digital channels for engagement, responding to followers and inquiries when appropriate.

- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and design standards.

- Track performance metrics and provide reporting to the Content Manager.

- Support special marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications (internship or agency experience considered).

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Familiarity with social media platforms, CMS tools, and basic SEO principles.

- Basic graphic design and video editing skills preferred.

- Comfortable capturing photo/video content in the field.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Familiarity with AI content tools is a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
