Job Summary
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
•Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction project
•Manage construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
•Develop project schedules and timelines
•Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
•Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
•Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
•Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress
•Utilize project management software such as Prolog for efficient project coordination
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
•Required experience in Transportation Projects
•Proven experience in construction project management
•Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulations
•Excellent time management and organizational skills
•Proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
•Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam is a plus
•Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage project teams
