What You’ll Be Doing (Your Responsibilities)
As a Project Manager at Legacy Decks, you’ll oversee multiple high-end outdoor living projects from start to finish.
Plan Like an Elite Strategist, Solve Problems Like a Pro
•Invest time in precise planning so your job sites run smoothly, not reactively.
•Proactively identify challenges before they happen and create solutions ahead of time.
•Keep projects on time and on budget while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
•Quickly resolve any job-site challenges, subcontractor issues, or scheduling conflicts.
Manage Construction Projects from Start to Finish
•Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution.
•Manage scheduling, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
•Conduct pre- and post-construction meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
Deliver an Unmatched Customer Experience
•Provide clients with a white-glove experience by keeping them updated and handling issues proactively.
•Maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
Execute with Precision and Organization
•Handle material take-offs, ordering, and scheduling inspections.
•Use project management software to track progress, budgets, and timelines.
•Maintain organized and clean job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
Own the Details and Lead with Confidence
•Provide weekly schedule progress reports for each project.
•Ensure that budgets are followed and financial targets are met.
•Work closely with local municipalities, inspectors, and utility providers to keep projects moving smoothly.
•Participate in weekly and quarterly team meetings to refine processes and strategies.
What We’re Looking For (Your Qualifications)
•5+ years in residential or commercial construction (Project Manager or owner-operator background preferred).
•Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, and inspection processes.
•Experience using project management software and construction scheduling tools.
•Ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractors, and budgets at once.
•Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
•Experience with technology such as Excel & Word.
