Summary

We are seeking a full-time, salaried Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee construction project planning, scheduling, material purchasing, subcontractor and field crew supervision, budget tracking and coordination with architects and designers on project details. You will also create change orders, code and approve invoices, and track actual vs estimated costs. You will be supported by our estimation, operations, and accounting team to deliver an excellent work product.

This is a highly demanding role. The most critical qualities required for this position are:

Must be an experienced craftsman, able to understand plans and specifications, and be knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Must be able to create a trusting and respectful relationship with clients, managing expectations, providing regular written status reports and informing them promptly when there are new developments or changes that might impact costs or schedules.

Must be able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal team members, Architects and subcontractors, always seeking to find improved processes and accept constructive criticism to improve performance.

Must be digitally savvy, willing to learn and follow ERC standard operating procedures that help us execute projects efficiently and profitably.
