Objective:
The Project Manager, under limited supervision, manages and administers the construction and on-time delivery of commercial projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. We are looking for top-notch construction management talent to help us deliver on time, on spec, and on time budget projects as we rapidly grow. This is a “roll up your sleeves and get it done” opportunity for someone who wants to be in control of their own destiny.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Project Management:•Manage multiple projects concurrently from start to finish, including estimating and preconstruction.
•Coordinate with the Superintendent and subcontractors to develop the project schedule.
•Review plans and specifications to create scopes of work for all.
•Review & process all submittals adhered to Project Design Documents.
•Manage and process all project processes documentations.
•Manage the Owner and Architect including OAC meetings and creating of minutes.
•Manage design coordination and project issues between Design Consultants & Subcontractors/Vendors.
•Track all permits to insure ensure project schedule is not impacted.
•Manage project close out, O&M’s, warranties, lien releases, punch list items, extra products and key control.
•Manage & process all project financing documentations including contracts, change order process, projections/margin report, account payables, and project requisitions and, etc.
•Provide technical expertise throughout the Pre-Construction process.
•Participate in the Constructability Review and Value Engineering suggestions.
•Develop site logistics plan.
•Team approach in the development and management of the Pre-Construction Schedule with Project Team.
•Participate in proposal preparations, interview presentation, and constructability process.
•Understand and communicate to all field personnel the owner’s goals regarding construction.
•Maintains positive relationships with the Owners, Architects, Program Managers, and Inspectors throughout the project(s).
•Mentor and train other employees as necessary.
•Ensure job safety requirements are understood and implemented through SR project field. personnel and Sub-Contractors, while working with the safety support personnel as a resource. Continually strives for zero injuries on all projects.
•Be a part of on-site safety meetings.
•When appropriate report jobsite incidents/accidents in a timely manner.
•Watch for and correct all safety hazards at the jobsite. Report all safety incidents to safety personnel.
Required Skills/Abilities/Personal Characteristics:
•Proficient in Microsoft office, outlook, Sure Trak(P3), Procore Construction Management, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Bluebeam.
•Team player with field supervision, project management, and company administration staff.
•Safety standards knowledge and enforcement.
•Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures.
•Self-starter with ability to set goals and tasks.

•Travel is required to job sites, main office and/ or professional and community organization events.
•Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance of 100/300/100 is required.
Education and Experience:
•5-10 years of commercial construction management and field experience. Preferably in healthcare-related construction (Preferred)
•OSHA 30 Hour & CPR/ First Aid/ AED Certification (Or willingness to obtain)
