Construction Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within scope, budget, and schedule parameters. Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software.

- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on-site.

- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, contracts negotiation, and vendor selection.

- Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and building codes.

- Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting.

- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and coordinate timely resolution of issues or delays.

- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution and foster strong team collaboration.

Skills

- Extensive experience with construction site management and project coordination in large-scale projects.

- Proficiency in industry-standard software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools.

- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and contract management.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

- Solid knowledge of construction safety standards and building codes.

- Must be at least 21 years old

- 4 years of proven work or 4 year degree + 1 year experience

- Pass a criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,628.57 - $97,101.08 per year
