The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of pricing, scope development, and bid execution across ICI projects. You’ll work directly with leadership, operations, and project teams to help secure and deliver work.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs (IMP systems, cladding, structural components)

- Build complete ICI project estimates including materials, labor, and equipment

- Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier pricing

- Review drawings and specifications to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities

- Prepare bid packages, proposals, and cost breakdowns

- Support value engineering and cost optimization

- Ensure clean handoff to project management teams

- Assist in building internal estimating systems and standards

What We’re Looking For

- 3–8 years of estimating experience in ICI construction

- Experience with building envelope systems or cladding is a strong asset

- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and bid processes

- Highly organized with strong communication skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Excel and estimating software

Compensation
