Negotiates with representatives of Energy Companies utilizing energy service companies by performing the following duties individually and/or through team efforts.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
• Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
• Work collectively with various departments on the execution of proposals, contract negotiations, customer sales orders, customer service including but not limited to invoice discrepancies.
• Input daily activities accurately into the sales management system and manage to meet targeted or assigned deadlines.
• Create and deliver compelling, customer centric presentations and demonstrations by connecting features to customer business capabilities and drivers.
• Develop negotiating strategies based on current and future product launches; examining the potentials and opportunities needed to achieve the goals of the customer.
• Provides customer with training on product and/or operations as requested.
• Research the industry and competition to ensure the company is capitalizing on all potential market opportunities.
• Review monthly sales report to collaborate with other team members and/or departments as it pertains to the current product, market, opportunities and goals assigned/developed.
• Identify all challenges of the customer to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in processional organizations.
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, networking, and announcements to determine the market logistics needed to sell company products.
• Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals.
• Comply with all department and company policies, procedures and regulations.
• One (1) year of oilfield and sales experience preferred
• Advanced working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM and ERP System (NETSUITE experience preferred)
• Ability learn new technology as business demands require
• Frequent travel based on region and customer requirements
