What You’ll Do as a Sales Development Representative:
- Engage business decision-makers by phone to introduce Integrity Energy’s solutions.
- Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for Energy Sales Strategist
- Apply consultative selling techniques to build trust and interest.
- Develop the skills, confidence, and foundation needed for rapid advancement.

- Initial Paid Training Hourly Base Pay $20/hour (Increase as you get promoted!)
- Monthly Uncapped Commissions
- First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$65,000+- Fast-track promotions to Energy Sales Strategist and beyond
- 0–2 years of experience in Lead generation, Sales, or a related field
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
