Job Summary:
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our solar energy solutions to businesses, commercial property owners, and organizations. Key responsibilities include developing relationships with decision-makers, conducting site assessments, preparing financial analyses and proposals, and closing sales. A strong background in B2B sales and/or renewable energy is a significant asset.
Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Educating businesses and organizations about the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Meeting with potential commercial clients to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
- working with the design team to prepare proposals, including ROI and payback period calculations, to business owners and stakeholders.
- Generating, managing, and following up on leads to secure new commercial projects.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and project execution.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, incentive programs, and product knowledge.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or related fields.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate multiple decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Degree or certification in business, sales, or marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or commercial sales, preferably in renewable energy.
- Previous experience with solar systems, project financing, or energy efficiency solutions.
