We’re looking for a professional Comfort Advisor who can guide homeowners through major HVAC decisions with confidence, clarity, and integrity — while consistently producing results.

- Run pre-qualified, company-provided leads (no cold calling)
- Meet homeowners in their homes to evaluate HVAC needs
- Educate customers on repair vs replace options
- Present clear, professional solutions with pricing
- Close sales at the kitchen table (same-day when appropriate)
- Follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities
- Work closely with dispatch and install teams to ensure smooth job execution
- Maintain detailed notes and customer records
This is a performance-driven role. You’ll be expected to track and improve:
- Close rate (% of appointments converted to sales)
- Average ticket value
- Revenue generated per lead
- Financing usage and option presentation
- Follow-up conversion rate
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- In-home sales experience preferred (HVAC, roofing, windows, etc.)
- Sales experience required — top performers rise fast
- HVAC knowledge is a plus, but we will train the right person
- Pre-set, qualified appointments (no prospecting)
- Proven sales system and structured training
- Strong operational support (dispatch, install, service team)
- Financing options and tools to help you close more deals
- Ongoing coaching and performance tracking
- Commission-based earnings (uncapped)
- Top performers earn high five to six figures
