Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Combo Spooler, based in Midland, TX. The Combo Spooler will be responsible for operating and maintaining spooler equipment, ensuring safe and efficient handling of cables and components. Daily tasks include inspecting and preparing equipment, adhering to safety protocols, maintaining worksite cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to meet operational goals. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to company and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Experience with spooler equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols relevant to oilfield and lifting operations

- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members

- Physical capability to perform tasks in a hands-on and sometimes physically demanding environment

- Prior experience or certifications in oilfield or industrial lifting operations are preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications are a plus

- Willingness to work in Midland, TX
