Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Saw Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) saw machines to accurately cut and prepare materials according to specifications. Your expertise in programming, machine setup, and precision measurement will ensure high-quality production output. Responsibilities

- Must be good at tape measuring in fractions and decimals.

- Set up and operate CNC saw machines, ensuring proper calibration and alignment for precise cuts.

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to determine cutting specifications.

- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and quality of cut materials.

- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials, hand tools, and heavy machinery like forklifts...etc.

- Maintain accurate production logs, quality control documentation, and inventory records related to materials handling and fabrication processes.

Skills

- Ability to operate forklifts safely for materials handling within the manufacturing facility.

- Experience with quality control tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, welding, assembly line operations, and packaging.

- Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments in a factory setting.

- Warehouse experience related to materials storage, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
