Marks Brothers, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled operator with 10+ years of press brake experience, including bump forming and complex forming applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-precision parts while upholding our standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to form metal components to precise tolerances
- Perform bump forming and other advanced forming techniques as required by job specifications
- Interpret and work from complex blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Select appropriate tooling and make accurate adjustments for material type and thickness
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, etc.)
- Troubleshoot forming issues and make process improvements as needed
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet schedules and maintain workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment- 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Demonstrated expertise in bump forming and complex forming operations
- Strong CNC press brake knowledge, including setup and tooling selection
- Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools and quality inspection methods
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude
- Experience with hand tools and general fabrication processes
- Welding or plasma cutting experience is a plus, but not required
- Pre-employment drug testing is required
