We are seeking a skilled CNC operator to join our dynamic team in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing high-quality precision parts that meet our customers' needs. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding service and innovative products. Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts

- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate machining

- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments

- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise

- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

- Document production processes and maintain accurate records.

- Qualifications

- Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role

- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T principles

- Experience with CNC milling machines

- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers

- Mechanical knowledge with problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
