Accurately use measuring tools

Assure work environment is clean, orderly and free of safety hazards.

Set up person for CNC lathes Mori Seiki.

Set up person for Mill/Turn machines. Okuma, Mori Seiki NL2500, Haas DS-30Y

Operator/Setu up for Tsugami Swiss Machine

Aerospace machined parts of Inconel 600, 304L and Titanium.

Inspect his own work to assure conformance to customer prints.

Must be able to trouble shoot programs and machining issues. Grind and sharpen tools as necessary.
