Job Overview
We are seeking CNC and machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery, and working with various tooling and hand tools. This role is essential for ensuring precision and quality in our production processes while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
•
Operate CNC machines to fabricate components according to specifications.
•
Program and set up CNC equipment, including Fanuc logic controllers, to ensure optimal performance.
•
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
•
Utilize hand tools and tooling effectively for machining tasks.
•
Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
•
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
•
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Requirements
•
Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
•
Proficiency in programming CNC machines, particularly with Fanuc systems.
•
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
•
Familiarity with quality control measures and inspection techniques.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
