Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery (Beam processing machine) to fabricate precision components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of programming, and the ability to read blueprints. The CNC Operator will work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring that all products meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
Duties
•Operate CNC machines to produce parts and components based on engineering specifications.
•Program and set up CNC equipment for various manufacturing tasks.
•Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify the accuracy of finished products.
•Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
•Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
•Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the fabrication process.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and product quality.
•Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing facility.
•Proficiency in programming CNC machinery.
•Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
•Familiarity with materials handling and assembly processes.
•Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
•Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
•Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
