Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Laser Programmer and CAD Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC lasers and creating detailed CAD designs to support our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure optimal machining operations and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations [laser].

- Create and modify CAD drawings and models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc..

- Collaborate with engineers to understand project specifications and requirements.

- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and adherence to tolerances.

- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

- Maintain documentation of programming procedures and machine setups.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in CNC programming and CAD design.

Qualifications:

- Associate’s degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.

- Understanding of machining processes and materials.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
