Duties:

As a Client Associate at Spartan Energy, your primary role will involve engaging with clients to understand their energy requirements, consumption patterns, and sustainability goals. You will be responsible for analyzing data, evaluating market trends, and proposing customized energy solutions to optimize cost savings and efficiency for our clients. Additionally, you will manage the contract lifecycle and act as the main point of contact for all energy-related inquiries from clients. Your commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and client-centric service will be essential in this role.

Skills:

- Data entry proficiency

- Fluency in Spanish (highly desirable)

- Strong customer service skills

- Multilingual capabilities

- Sales experience not required but helpful

- Proficiency in outbound calling

- Excellent communication skills

- Phone etiquette expertise
