In this role, the Client Operations Coordinator will
provide essential support to Flotek’s Client Operations team by managing order entry and ensuring
, maintaining accurate data in internal systems, and ensuring timely communication across departments. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about supply chain operations in the chemical manufacturing industry. This individual will work closely with the Client Operations Planners and Supply Chain teams to ensure customers receive the highest level of service.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Client Operations Coordinator will have direct responsibility for the following:
• Entering and maintaining customer orders accurately in ERP and internal tracking systems.
• Reviewing incoming order requests for completeness and coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with creating and updating order documentation, quotes, and customer confirmations.
• Supporting the Client Operations team with daily order status updates and delivery tracking.
• Communicate shipment details and order confirmations to customers as directed.
• Maintaining organized digital records of customer orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Provide general administrative and reporting support for Client Operations and Supply Chain functions.
• Collaborating with Suppliers to ensure delivery accuracy and schedule alignment.
• Escalating issues to the appropriate team member for resolution in a timely manner.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of administrative, customer service, or order processing experience (entry-level friendly).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle/JDE, or similar) is a plus.
