Role Overview

The Customer Fulfillment Specialist

is a client-facing role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and operational support for Flotek’s Chemistry and Data Analytics business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

As a primary point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders, the specialist is responsible for order entry, shipment coordination, and documentation management to support on-time, compliant deliveries. A successful candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

This position reports to the Client Operations Manager

and is based in Houston, TX

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Participation is required in an on-call weekend rotation; occasional evening work may be required based on business needs.

Travel

This position requires less than 10% travel.
