Candidate Must be experienced in Water / Sewer civil construction estimating.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential projects to bid though various online services.

· Assemble complete and comprehensive bids ready for executive bid review, including posting RFP’s to various vendors, review bid documents, do quantity take offs, make sure bid scope is covered in bid, create bid and submitting bid to owner

· Do post bid review for both successful and non-successful bids

Experienced in Heavy Bid "HCSS"

· Build project schedules

· Review and submit shop drawings and submittals with assistance depending on size of job

· Manage project from start to finish with assistance depending on size and scope of project

· Close out jobs with required documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
