Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chinese speaking Administrative Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer service experiences. The ideal candidate will possess fluent Chinese speaking ability, strong organizational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a commitment to maintaining a professional operation presence.

Duties

- Handle facility related matter, such as warehouse maintenance

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.

- Maintain filing systems and assist with clerical duties to ensure organized office management.

- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, communication, and scheduling.

- Provide production support by addressing production team needs and inquiries promptly, fostering positive relationships.

- Assist with calendar management for team members, scheduling appointments and meetings as required.

- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.

- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.

Experience

- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.

- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications is essential.

- Candidates must be able to speak Chinese.

- Background in customer service or support roles will be beneficial for this position.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities are necessary for success in this role.
