Home Run Financing is seeking highly-motivated Channel Account Managers to join our team. We are seeking determined individuals to expand the use of PACE financing.
We have a generous variable compensation plan for our Sales Team members. We are searching for hungry, hard-working professionals who don't want a ceiling on what they can earn. You will sell Home Run Financing’s PACE financing products and services to existing Home Run Financing contractors. You will also develop new contractor relationships in assigned areas. To maximize volume potential, you will conduct a minimum of 12 in-person meetings per week with contractors and contractor sales representatives.
Job Responsibilities
•Be knowledgeable about consumer lending and competitor products and offerings.
•Regularly engage with existing contractors and their sales reps to expand their usage of Home Run Financing lending products.
•Identify, engage with, and onboard new contractors to expand PACE utilization in marketplace.
•Educate contractors on HRF’s products, services, policies, and technology.
•Provide regular in-person trainings to Contractors and Sales Reps on how to sell Company’s products and services.
•Assist in handling Compliance related issues and concerns related to assigned contractors.
•Address contractor concerns and issues.
•Assist with contractor/customer sales process, when necessary.
•Attend and participate in local home improvement shows as needed.
•Record sales related activities using company CRM tools.
•Travel will be around 60% for in market

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
