We are seeking an Account Manager flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertain to our clients. This position requires an individual to be in the office, and on the road. It will be hybrid in nature. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational & communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and communication within the team, contributing to the successful execution of projects. The main responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed. Travel is required currently throughout Florida.
•Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
•Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
•Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
•Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
•Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
•Manage calendars, schedule meetings, data entry.
•Provide customer support and service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow across departments.
•Data entry to reflect accurate records in various software applications.
•It is a requirement that all internal information be kept confidential
Experience
•Previous experience is preferred
•Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
•Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on providing exceptional support.
•Familiarity with calendar management practices is beneficial.
