Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Durham, NC. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, overseeing cleaners and schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, coordinating with cleaning staff, monitoring service quality, handling client inquiries and complaints, and conducting regular site visits to ensure that service delivery meets company standards.
