Call Center Manager

Overview

We are looking for leaders with experience in cold calling lead generation. We are expanding our lead program from door to door and referral based business to outbound call leads as well. We are looking for people who will be key pieces in building out this department of our company and benefit from its growth.

Candidates should have previous lead generation experience of 2+ years. Experience in solar, roofing, or other home improvement lead setting is a plus. Compensation based on experience and ability.
