As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers. Your ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product knowledge will make you an essential part of our team.
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism, addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns
- Provide detailed information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot customer issues with care and efficiency
- Accurately document and update customer records after every interaction
- Stay up-to-date with our services and offerings
- Assist with additional office-related tasks as needed
- Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability is required
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-centric attitude
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
- HVAC knowledge is preferred, but not required
