Buyer, Procurement (Must Have +3 Year experience)

We are seeking a Buyer / Procurement Specialist with 3+ years of experience to take ownership of purchasing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for sourcing materials, managing vendors, and ensuring products are delivered on time, at the right cost, and without disruption to operations.

You will play a critical role in maintaining supply continuity by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and holding vendors accountable. This position requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Execution & Ownership

- Own the full purchasing cycle: PO creation, vendor communication, delivery tracking, and issue resolution

- Ensure materials meet cost, quality, and delivery expectations—no surprises

- Stay ahead of shortages, delays, and supply issues before they impact operations

Vendor Management

- Hold suppliers accountable for pricing, quality, and timelines

- Resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally

- Build strong, reliable vendor relationships

Operational Impact

- Coordinate closely with production, scheduling, and receiving teams

- Manage inventory levels and purchasing priorities

- Arrange freight and ensure smooth delivery flow

Performance & Improvement

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

- Track supplier performance and make data-driven decisions

- Continuously improve purchasing efficiency and execution

What We Expect

- 3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience (required)

- Experience in a manufacturing environment (strongly preferred)

- Strong attention to detail—you don’t miss things

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Confident communicator who can push vendors and solve problems

- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
