- Ability to make up to 100 phone calls per day, if necessary.

- Skill to gather leads and self-generate leads for outreach, with the ability to follow-up until deal is made.
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in energy, solar, or electronics industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple distributor accounts and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Knowledge of energy storage systems, solar, or related technologies is a plus but not required.
- Must be local to Tualatin, Sherwood, or nearby areas (the closer to Tualatin, the better).
As a Sales Representative, you’ll need to provide service for the sales support for Residential BESS.
- Identify, contact, and build relationships with distributors, installers, resellers, and B2B partners.
- Introduce the brand to the market through conversations and outreach.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with distributors, including pricing, delivery schedules, and ongoing support agreements.
- Maintain and grow an active pipeline of B2B leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment for distributor accounts.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Work involves talking, hearing, keying, and writing.
- The physical requirements of this position are described as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects,
- Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, specific skills, and years of experience.
