Summary
We are seeking for a Business Development Manager to join our Building Cladding Division team at Texas( Houston, Dallas, Austin, or countrywide.. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering exceptional metal fabrication solutions. This role will focus on expanding our foot print in the commercial, industrial, and high-end residential market across Texas and USA.
The ideal Candidate will have a strong background in exterior building systems, a deep understanding of construction cycles, and strong relationship with architects, general contractors, and façade consultants.
Even though this is a remote position, applicants MUST legally reside in USA.
Responsibilities
•Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in cladding projects , including rain screens ,ACM panels , metal facades, and other exterior wall systems.
•Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and building owners to drive product specifications and project wins.
•Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and design professionals to showcase the value and technical advantages of our cladding solutions.
•Collaborate with estimating and technical teams to develop accurate proposals and bids.
•Track project opportunities through design, bidding and award stages using industry databases.
•Negotiate contracts and close deals in coordination with senior leadership and legal.
•Monitor market trends , competitor activity, and construction starts to stay ahead of industry movements.
•Utilize Salesforce for effective customer relationship management and sales tracking.
•Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
•Implement strategic planning initiatives to enhance business development efforts.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Business Construction Management, Architecture , Engineering, or a related field preferred.
•5+ years of business development or technical sales experience in cladding, facades, or building cladding systems.
•Strong understanding of cladding materials, installation techniques , and industry codes / standards.
•Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
•Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
•Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
•Ability to read architectural drawings and interpret project specifications.
